摘要
介绍了我国硝酸钾生产中采用的传统冷却结晶工艺技术存在的缺陷和不足;论述了近年来由我国自主开发的真空冷却结晶工艺和外循环冷却结晶工艺的技术优势、工艺特点和生产应用效果,指出这2种冷却结晶工艺技术符合我国大规模、高质量、高效益发展硝酸钾生产的趋势,是今后硝酸钾生产工艺的发展方向。
Author has introduced the defects and the shortages existed in traditional cooling crystallization process technology adopted in the production of potassium nitrate in China, discussed the technical advantages, process characteristic and production-application effect of vacuum cooling crystallization process and outer circulation cooling crystallization process self developed in recent years in China; it indicates that these two kinds of cooling crystallization process technologies comply with the tendency for developing production of potassium nitrate in large scale, high quality and high benefit, in China, and it is the developing direction for potassium nitrate production process in future.
