摘要
本文报告71例乳腺导管扩张症,根据临床表现可分为5型。重点提出诊断时应注意7点。根据分型可分别采用非手术疗法或不同的手术方式。
Seventy-one cases of mammary duct ectasia in nonlactating women were reported in this paper. The age of these patients was from 19 to 62 years, mostly 31～50. According to clinical manifestations, the disease could be classified into five types, i. e. latent, mass, abscess, fistula and coexist type. Seven points relevant to the diagnosis of the disease were suggested. It was emphasized that before excising the lesion frozen section should be done. This has been proved to be the crucial step in order to avoid unnecessary radical mastectomy. According to classified type, the surgeons may decide which type of operation to be performed e. g. ductectomy, lumpectomy, segmentectomy, simple mastectomy. incision and drainage, fistulectomy, radical mastectomy.
