摘要
能量色散X荧光光谱法可以检测《欧盟电子电机设备中危害物质禁用指令》(简称RoHS指令)中规定的所有物质,该法检测速度快、分辨率高、可实施无损检测、无需专门人员进行检测,但至今我省还没有形成统一的检测规范。本文根据仪器的实际检测要求,参考相关仪器的检定规程,制定了该仪器的校准规范。并对五种标准样品进行检测,通过指标评定最终确定了此种方法的可行性。
Energy dispersive X - ray fluorescence analysis can detect all the restricted substances included in the "Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment "of E. U. ( Rolls Directive ). The advantages of this method are : 1, rapid testing, 2, high resolution, 3, non - destructive testing, 4, easy operation which means that no need for special training. However, there is no unified standard about this test method in Fujian Province at the present. According to the actual test requirements for the instrument and referring to the verification regulations of other relevant instruments, we have established the standard calihration procedures for this instrument and have tested five stand- ard samples with it. After assessing the performance parameters, the feasibility of this method were finally confirmed.
