摘要
由现代性所催生的风险社会随着全球化浪潮而浸入到世界的各个角落,并已成为诸多人类社会的生活状态。受现代性和全球化的冲击,现被民族识别为蒙古族的中国图瓦人也面临着除传统社会风险之外的现代性风险,并在普通大众和精英层面上形成了不同的应对。如中国图瓦人一样被裹挟进现代风险社会的边缘族群,主要由其基本特征所决定,呈现了其在现代风险社会面前的失语境地。
Risk society,brought by modernity,together with globalization process,has invaded all corners of the world.Unable to escape from the invasion,Chinese Tuvinian is confronted with both the risks created by modernity and traditional risks.The confrontation provokes different reactions from the public and the elites.Like Chinese Tuvinian,other marginal ethnic groups have been dragged into the risk society.Determined by their basic ethnic characters,their voices are not heard and their benefits are neglected.
