摘要
通过对双层辉先离子渗钨钼手用锯条切削条件及切削性能的分析，从理论上对渗入合金元素的选择进行了讨论，并结合试验结果，提出了满足切削性能要求的离子渗钨钼手用锯条合金元素的含量。
This paper analyzes cuting conditions for and cutting performance of plasmasurface alloying hacksaw blades by xu-TEC process, dissusses election of surface alloyingelements in theory, and specifies the contents of alloying elements in plasma surface alloyinghacksaw blade, to satisfy the requirement tor cutting performance as results of experiments.
