摘要
中共十七大主张坚定不移地发展社会主义民主政治。最主要的表现是:提出人民民主是社会主义的生命,从人民权利、人大制度、政治协商和多党合作、基层民主、党内民主等方面全面推进民主政治建设,还详细规划了政治体制改革这种发展社会主义民主政治的方式。
The 17^th National Congress of CPC advocates unswervingly developing socialist democracy and politics. Its most important displays are ： people＇ s democracy is put as the lifeblood of socialism; the construction of overall democracy and politics is quickened in people＇ s rights, the system of people＇ s congresses, the system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC, the system of selfgovernance at the primary level of society, and the democracy inside the Party. That apart, the reform of political system, by means of developing socialist democracy and politics has been programmed in detail.
