摘要
建设社会主义新农村,核心是发展农村生产力,而发展农村生产力的关键问题是依靠科技进步与创新引导和支撑农村经济社会的发展。这些年来,我国农业科技取得了一定的成绩,但是整体上不适应农村发展的需要。突出表现在农业科技创新能力不足、农业科技推广体系不健全、农业科技转化率不高等方面。为此,必须把加快农业科技进步摆在"三农"工作更加突出的位置。
The core of building socialist new countryside is developing village productivity. The key of developing village productivity is science and technology progress and innovation. Our country agriculture science and technology obtained certain result in the last years, but don’t meet the needs of rural economy development. These phenomenon outstanding behaviors in shortage of agriculture science and technology creative ability.The system agriculture science and technology expansion unsoundness, agriculture science and technology conversion rate is not too high. Agriculture science and technology progress must be put into more important position. Strengthen the independence innovation of agriculture science and technology, push forward agriculture science and technology into the door, further improve contribution rate of modern agriculture science and technology to the agricultural output.
