锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折 被引量：3

摘要 股骨髁上骨折由于为邻近膝关节部位的损伤，原始损伤暴力较大，骨折的移位与软组织损伤均较重．治疗不当易引起膝关节严重功能障碍。手术的关键是骨折有效的复位及坚强有效的内固定，以及恢复膝关节的力线和保留骨折部位血运。普通钢板对周围血液供应破坏较大，交锁髓内钉难以达到有效的固定，外固定架技术虽能取得较好的效果，但长期超关节固定会合并关节僵硬、
