本文简要介绍离子净化技术，采用离子净化技术处理微波管（毫米波行波管）零、部件的试验结果。
This paper brieny introduces the ion cleaning technique and the application results of processing parts for microwave tubes(millimeter wave TWTs)with ion cleaning technique.
