摘要
地方院校新闻学专业要想提高就业竞争力,应从实际出发,根据专业本身的特点及其可能发展趋势,以应用型为定位基点,更新教育理念,加快专业课程设置的调整,加强师资队伍培养,重视实践和实习教学,形成既有扎实专业基础,又有多个方向扩展的培养模式,从而办出地方院校新闻学专业的特色。
The challenging power of training undergraduates majoring in journalism in a minority nationality area can only be promoted by： starting from the reality of running the major, according to our own strong points and developing tendency, training students suitable for the society; constant refreshing our ideas in education; quickening the pace of establishment of regulation and courses;strengthening teachers training; combining theory with practice so as to lay solid foundation in basic specialty education, with muhi-developing directions and our own characteristics.
