摘要
介绍了一种镜片表面微变形测试用的图象处理系统,此系统经泰曼—格林干涉仪将镜片表面形成干涉条纹,条纹图象由CCD转换、图象卡采集、计算机处理和数据拟合后,获得镜片表面形状的空间立体和截面曲线分布以及镜片变形的绝对大小和相关信息。利用此系统,本文在不同的激光功率照射和冷却条件下对平面镜、凸面镜的表面进行了测试,结果表明,此系统测量准确,使用方便,直观,速度快,效率高,具有广阔的应用前景。
The basic theory and the design method for laser resisting holographic film are presented in the paper.The developed laser resisting holographic film has following performances:light density of 0.53μm wavelength laser has reached 4.11 and has 15°effective protective angle.It has good visible trnasmittance and strong anti laser ability.It can be applied to the laser resistance for naked eye and photoelectric detecting system.
