摘要
以自准直原理为基础,提出了测量车载平台的变形的激光自准直非接触测量方法,分析了测量系统的工作原理,并根据该原理设计了一套非接触测量系统,采用该系统测量车载平台的变形,利用视频判读系统对CCD图像进行处理和判读,得出的脱靶量数据,进行计算得出车载平台变形量。采用最小二乘法和正交多项式等方法对数据进行处理,拟合出车栽平台变形量与经纬仪速度和加速度的关系曲线,建立了车载平台变形量与经纬仪加速度关系的数学模型,为进一步研究如何进行反馈补偿,提高经纬仪的跟踪精度和使用精度打下理论基础。
On the basis of auto collimation principle, a new auto collimation non - touch method was put forward which could measure vehicle platform distortion. The measure principle was analyzed, and one kind of CCD laser collimation measurement system is designed. The video process system was used to process the image, and obtain the undershoot quantity data, which was used to measure vehicle platform distortion, and obtain the distortion of vehicle platform by calculation. The experiment data of the vehicle plane's distortion was processed by the method of least squares and orthogonal multinomial carries. The fitted curves of the vehicle plane's distortion with the speed and the acceleration of the theodolite were drawn up. Then, the mathematical model of the vehicle plane~ distortion with the acceleration of the theodolite was established, which became the basis of the further reserach on feedback, compensation trace precision, and use presion improvement.
