煤矿安全评价是辩识和消除煤矿生产系统危险的重要方法,是实现煤矿安全生产的重要手段和基本程序,对煤矿企业的安全生产和安全管理有重要的作用。介绍了煤矿安全评价的内容,安全评价的实施,以及安全评价的过程;分析讨论了煤矿安全评价常用的一些评价方法,以及如何选择安全评价的方法;阐述了煤矿安全评价的重要意义。
Mine safety evaluation is an important method of distinguishing and eliminating the danger in mine production system, is an important means and basic step to achieve safety in production. It plays an important part in safety production and safety management of coal mining enterprises. In this paper, the content, process, and execution of mine safety evaluation was introduced, the common evaluation methods and how to choose these methods were discussed and analyzed, and the significance of mine safety evaluation was expounded.
