玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射结合功能锻炼治疗中老年膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射结合功能锻炼治疗中老年膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:对40例(56膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者注射玻璃酸钠至关节腔内,每周注射1次,连续5次为1个疗程,同时结合正确的功能锻炼,观察临床疗效。结果:32例膝关节功能改善,症状减轻,总有效率达80%,经3个月~2年随访,大部分患者膝关节症状、体征有明显改善。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射结合功能锻炼膝治疗中老年膝关节骨关节炎,能有效缓解疼痛等症状,改善关节功能,且操作简单、对设备和技术要求不高、副作用小、治疗费用相对较低,易于临床应用,适合在社区医疗中推广。 Objective: Observing the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid sodium intraarticular injection combine function exercise for knee joint osteoarthritis in middle and old age patients. Method: Injects with the hyaluronic acid sodium into 40 cases (56 knees) of gonitis patient's joint cavity, injects one time each week, one treatment course contain five times, and combine the correct function exercise, observed the effection. Result: 32 cases of the patient' s knee joint function have improvement, the symptom have reduces, the total effective rate is 80% , after three months to two years follow up, majority of the patient' s knee joint symptom has distinct improvement. Conclusion: Injects the hyaluronic acid sodium in the joint cavity combine with function exercise to treat middle and old age patient's gonitis, can alleviate the symptom effectively, improves the joint's function, the operation is simple, the equipment and the specification are normal, the side effect is small, the treatment expense is low, facilitates the clinical practice, suit to promotes in the community medical service.
