颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗的并发症及处理 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨电解可脱式铂金微弹簧圈(GDC)治疗颅内动脉瘤的并发症及处理。方法回顾性分析经GDC栓塞治疗的126例颅内动脉瘤患者并发症的发生率原因及处理方法。结果126例中完全闭塞106例(110个),占84.13%:闭塞达90%以上19例(20个),占15.08%:死亡1例,占0.79%。共出现并发症22例,发生率为17.46%。其中术中动脉瘤破裂5例,弹簧圈脱出4例,过度栓塞2例,动脉瘤栓塞后再出血1例,载瘤动脉血栓形成4例,血管痉挛4例,术后穿刺点出血2例。结论准确测量瘤体、瘤颈的比值,选择合适的弹簧圈,尽量做到致密栓塞,合理应用肝素和抗凝剂等综合措施,对有效地预防和减少GDC治疗颅内动脉瘤的并发症有重要的意义。
