摘要
分析了隧道式巴氏杀菌机的结构及其节水节能型水箱的设计特点,从生产实际出发,从喷淋方式、水循环管路以及PU值自动控制系统3方面对隧道式巴氏杀菌机进行改进,改造后的隧道式巴氏杀菌机结构紧凑、简单、操作灵活方便,通过加装的PU值自动控制系统,使杀菌机具有良好的PU值控制精度,扩展了对不同系列产品的适用范围,并达到节水节能的效果。
This paper introduced the structure of the tunnel-type pasteurizer and the new design of the water and energy-saving water tank. Further more ,in view of practical production ,the paper puts forward following three aspects-the spray ways,the pipeline structure of water cycle and PU value automatic control system-to improve pasteurizer. The reformed tunnel-type pasteurizer has following merits, construction compact and simple,flexible in operation,if adds PU value auto-control system,as a result the pasteurizer can perform with better PU value control accuray, thus develops its suitable scope in different series products with water and energy saving effect.
