摘要
塑料包装材料内存在大量小分子化学物,它们发生迁移后在食品(模拟物)内存在不稳定现象。迁移物在食品(模拟物)内的不稳定性,将直接影响迁移试验结果的准确性和可靠性,同时引发新的化学物毒物学等多方面的问题。试验研究了3种聚烯烃抗氧剂在多种不同食品模拟物内的不稳定性,为今后进一步考察对迁移试验结果的影响提供参考。
There are lots of low molecular substances in plastic packaging materials which may be instable in foods (simulants) after migration. Instability of migrants in foods (simulants) would directly affect accuracy and credibility of migration results and leads to many new problems including of toxicology problem of new substance. Three antioxidants for polyolefin were tested to measure their instability in different food simulants. The purpose was to provide reference to review of migration test results.
