固相萃取/气相色谱-质谱法测定玩具中10种有机物的迁移量 被引量:1

Determination of migration of 10 organic compounds in toys using solid phase extraction /gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了玩具中10种有机物迁移量的固相萃取/气相色谱-质谱测定方法。样品在25 mL去离子水中迁移60 m in,得到的迁移液流经Chromabond Easy固相萃取柱,用乙酸乙酯洗脱5次,每次1 mL。洗脱液过滤膜后通过60 m DB-624色谱柱分离,质谱进行检测,外标法定量。方法对于不同有机物的定量限(LOQ)在0.01~0.1 mg/L之间,线性范围为0.05~100 mg/L,线性相关系数均>0.9988,在3个浓度水平上对方法的回收率和精密度做了试验,测得各物质的回收率及相对标准偏差(n=6)依次在81.0%~110.3%及1.7%~5.1%之间。该方法可以用于玩具中有机物迁移量的检测。 A solid phase extraction/gas chromatography-mass spectrometric(SPE/GC-MS)method was developed for the determination of migration of 10 organic compounds in toys.The experimental conditions of SPE/GC-MS such as SPE column,solvent elution and the analytical conditions of GC-MS were optimized.Toy sample was migrated by water for 60 min.The migration solution passed through Chromabond Easy SPE column and eluted by ethyl acetate for 5 times,was determined by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method.The linear range was 0.05~100 mg/L with a good linear correlation coefficient(r0.9988) and the limits of quantification were from 0.01 to 0.1 mg/L.Results of tests for recovery and precision at 3 concentration levels were found in the ranges of 81.0%~110.3% and(RSDs)1.7%~5.1%,respectively.The method is accurate,simple,rapid,and is suitable for the analysis of migration of organic compounds in various toys.
