摘要
传统旋风铣削刀具设计方法计算繁杂、重复多、效率低,运用软件检测分析时前期工作量大。针对不同形体、原始参数、工艺信息的旋风铣削加工,建立了通用的旋风铣削刀具设计与分析系统,可以较传统设计方法方便、快捷地实现其优化设计与校验分析,进一步完善后,有望达成其设计制造的高度自动化和智能化。
The traditional method of designing whirling tools is complicated in calculation and low in efficience. Aimed at the design of whirling tools with different shapes and parameters,this paper sets up a general design and analysis system. Compared with the traditional method, the system can accomplish the optimum design of whirling tool more rapidly and conveniently, and it may become an automatic system by further improvement.
