摘要
针对目前国内滚珠丝杠研磨效率低下的问题,提出了一种新型滚珠丝杠研磨装置;并在此基础上,针对丝杠研磨过程中的研磨力矩、研磨速度、研磨时间和研磨剂粒度4个主要工艺参数,设计了4因素3水平正交试验,以丝杠表面粗糙度作为检测指标,得出了一组最优的工艺参数;然后,对研磨前后的滚珠丝杠分别进行了摩擦力矩测量试验,探究了研磨对于滚珠丝杠摩擦力矩性能的影响。
Aiming at the current problem of low grinding efficiency of domestic ball screw grinding,a new type of ball screw grinding device is proposed.On this basis,a four-factor three-level quadrature test is de⁃signed for the four main process parameters of grinding torque,grinding speed,grinding time and abrasive parti⁃cle size in the grinding process of the lead screw;a set of optimal process parameters is obtained by taking the surface roughness of the lead screw as the detection index.Then the friction torque measurement test is carried out on the ball screw before and after grinding.The effect of grinding on friction torque performance of the ball screw is explored.
