摘要
在充分分析日本植物新品种保护概况和审查情况的基础上,围绕适用法律、审查方式、保护目录3个方面比较了中国、日本植物新品种保护制度,并且提出了可借鉴之处。
On the basis of sufficient analysis on the general situation and examination instance of new plant variety protection in Japan,the new plant variety protection system between China and Japan in light of three aspects of applicable law,examination way and protection directory were compared.And some references were put forward.
