摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定防老剂D纯度的数学模型并推导出不确定度计算公式;通过对公式中各变量的分析,计算了各变量的不确定度,最后计算出合成不确定度。
A mathematic model for the HPLC determination purity of anti-oxidant D is developed. The calculation formula is deduced and then each component uncertainty is calculated through analyzing the various variable among the procedures. The combined uncertainty is then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.
