摘要
目的建立镇咳宁口服液相对密度测定的不确定度评定方法。方法根据相对密度测定方法,建立数学模型,利用测定过程中具有代表性的实验数据,通过不确定度来源分析,探讨相对密度测定法的不确定度评定方法。结果分别计算各变量的不确定度,再计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论该方法作为评价药品相对密度测定不确定度评定的方法,简便,准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for uncertainty analyse in determination of relative density of Zhenkening Oral Solution. METHODS We established the model of mathematics based on the method of determination of relative density. And we studied on the evaluating method of uncertainty by using the representatively experimental data of assay and by analyzing uncertainty sources. RESULTS The combined uncertainty was obtained by combining all standard uncertainty, then the combined uncertainty was obtained by synthesizing the uncertanties of various component variables. CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate and can be used to estimate uncertainty for determination of relative density of Zhenkening Oral Solution.
