摘要
财政支农政策是政府促进农业发展、提高农民收入的有效手段之一。现阶段的财政支农资金无论是在管理还是在使用等方面还存在一些问题,极大制约了其积极作用的发挥。针对中国财政支农资金方面存在的问题提出若干对策建议。
The financial policy to support agriculture is one of the effective measures to promote agricultural development and enhance farmers＇ income level. At present, there exist some problems either in the management or in the use of funds to support agricultural development, which extremely restrict the positive effects of the funds. This paper aimed to solve the problems mentioned above and put forward some countermeasures.
