摘要
"气候智能型"农业是人类为应对全球气候变化而提出的新型农业发展模式。近年来,我国农业生产及贸易受全球气候变化的不利影响逐步凸显,已给我们敲响了警钟。农业走"气候智能"发展之路应围绕智能化应对洪水和干旱等气候变化的能力建设以及体制机制建设而展开。
The so called＂Smart Climate＂Agriculture is a new model of agricultural development for the human beings to deal with the global climate changes.In recent years,the adverse effects of global climate changes on agricultural production and trade are gradually standing out,giving us a warning.The road to the＂Smart Climate＂Agriculture should be unfolded around the construction of intelligent responses to climate changes such as floods and droughts and the relative intelligent systems and mechanisms.
