膦磺酸型阻垢剂结构与性能探讨 被引量:6

A STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND SCALE INHIBITOR PERFORMANCE OF PHOSPHATED SULPHONATE ACID

摘要 探讨了6种不同官能团结构膦磺酸的阻磷酸钙垢及稳定锌的性能,对膦磺酸、有机膦及磺酸共聚物进行阻垢分散性能比较,结果表明:分子中膦酸基增多可增强阻垢分散的效果,4mg/L膦甲基磺酸或膦乙基磺酸的阻碳酸钙性能优于ATMP、HEDP和磺酸共聚物。结果还表明:亚甲基磺酸基或乙基磺酸基能增强有机膦酸阻磷酸钙垢,稳定锌和分散氧化铁的性能。 The performace of scale inhibiting Ca 3(PO 4) 2 and stabilized zinc (Zn 2+ ) are studied through six phosphated sulphonate acids different in the structure of functional groups, and the performance contrasts of scale inhibition and dispersion for sulphonate acid, organic phosphate and sulfoacid copolvner are also studied. Experimental results show that the more phosphated acid in the molecule, the more the effect of scale inhibition and dispersion. Phosphated methyl sulphonate acid and phosphated ethyl sulphonate acid are superior to ATMP, and HEDP or sulphonate copolymer in inhibiting CaCO 3 scales when their concentrations are equal to 4 mg/L. Experimental results also demonstrate that methyl sulphonate acid or ethyl sulphonate acid can enforce organic phosphate acid in its performance of inhibiting Ca 3(PO 4) 2, stabilizing Zn 2+ and dispersing Fe 2O 3.
