摘要
在当今社会价值多元化与差异化时代,员工工作价值观转变以及由此引起的行为多样化成为企业管理面临的重要课题。对316名企业职工和管理人员工作价值观代际特征的调查表明:员工工作价值观的总体特征是随年龄的增长而逐渐成熟,但在工作满意感维度上,呈现出"∩"字特征,即年龄最小和最大者工作满意感最低。管理人员的工作价值观也呈现类似特征,即职务最高和最低者价值观得分最低。这一结论给企业的启示是,应该针对员工工作价值观的代际差异实施相应的管理措施。
Abstract: At the era of value diversity and pluralism, it is an important issue to study the individual difference of employee's work values that placed before enterprise management. A survey of .316 enterprise employees indicates that their work values are significantly related to gender, age, position and education, and the level of work values raises as it does of age, position and education. This result gives a revelation on how enterprise management should follow this demographic effect.
