摘要
加强教师职业道德建设,是当今教育改革与发展的焦点。通过分析当前教师职业道德建设中存在的一些问题,提出教师职业道德教育要渗透到日常的教学活动中;要以人为本,凸显教师的主体性;应重视教师职业道教育内容与方法的层次性和针对性;重视学校管理制度人文内涵的建设,保障教师职业道德的实现。
Strengthening the construction of the teachers＇ professional ethics is the focus of attention of the current education reform. By way of analyzing the problems existing in the construction of teacher＇s professional ethics, the thesis points out that the teacher＇s professional ethics education needs to infiltrate through the daily education and teaching activities. Besides, it should be based on the teachers and display the personalities of them. The teacher＇s professional ethics should emphases the grade and the pertinency. Further more, the construction of human connotation should be included in the school management system, to ensure the realization of the teacher＇s professional ethics.
