摘要
为提高中小学教师职业道德的认知能力与水平,通过对教师职业道德具体要素构建的论述,诠释了教师职业道德构建的六大要素及所赋予的时代内涵,并对影响教师职业道德的心理因素进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施,对增强教师师德建设的实效性具有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve teachers’ cognitive ability and level of occupation ethics in primary and midde school,by analyzing the construction elements of teachers’ occupation ethics,the signifcance of six consteuction elements is interpreted,and the psychological factors affecting teachers’ occupation ethics,the realtive countermeasures are proposed,it has a certain signficance to strergthen the construction of teachers’ occupation ethics.
