摘要 目的探讨培养护生评判性思维能力的方法。方法改变带教老师的带教观念,创造和谐的学习氛固,运用反思日记法.以质疑为基础的学习方法、谈话法、讨论法、以护理程序促进评判性思维能力等方法来培养护生的评判性思维能力。结果增加了护生的学习兴趣和主动性。结论通过对护生的评判性思维能力的培养可达到教学相长的效果,符合现代护理观的要求。 Objective To explore theway to Cultivate critical thinking in nursing students.Methods Teaching beliefswas altered to create harmonious atmosphere. SuchM ethods as diary method, question--based learning, talking and discussion were employed to cultivate students critical thinking tomeet the needs ofmodern nursing development.Results When critical thinkingwas cultivated in nursing teaching, students learning interest and initiative were improved.Conclusion Benefits were derived from teaching and learning through the cultivation of critical thinking, which accorded with the needs ofmodern nursing.
