摘要
目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺癌及肺部其他疾病中诊断价值。方法选取2008年3月~2010年12月住院患者117例,在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检。观察穿刺诊断的阳性率及并发症。结果本组110例获得明确诊断,准确率为94.0%。并发症发生率为15.4%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检准确性高,创伤小,风险低,病人易耐受,具有较高的临床实用价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of percutaneous CT-guided needle lung biopsy in lung cancer and other lung diseases.Methods During March 2008 and December 2010,117 hospitalized patients received the percutaneous CT-guided needle lung biopsy.The positive rate of biopsy diagnosis and complications were observed.Results In the group,110 patients were diagnosed,and the accuracy rate was 94.0%.Complication rate was 15.4%.Conclusion Percutaneous CT-guided needle biopsy with high accuracy,trauma,low-risk and patients well tolerated,which has high clinical value.
