泌乳天数对乳中c9,t11CLA含量的影响

摘要 以北方荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象,研究泌乳天数对乳中c9,t11 CLA含量的影响。选择饲喂同种饲料的235头健康荷斯坦奶牛,采集同一天的乳样,避免日粮和季节的影响。通过线性分析,探讨泌乳天数对乳中c9,t11 CLA含量的影响。结果表明,不同泌乳时期对乳中c9,t11CLA含量没有显著影响(P>0.05),通过对泌乳天数与乳中c9,t11-CLA含量的线性模拟发现,R2值为0.0291。结论:奶牛泌乳天数对乳中c9,t11CLA含量影响很小,所以想提高乳中共轭亚油酸含量,不需要考虑奶牛泌乳天数的不同。 Using lactating Holstein dairy cows in north China, the current analysis was to examine the effect of days in milk (DIM) on c9, t11 CLA content of milk. The milk samples of 235 lactating Holstein dairy cows in north China were detected. Holstein cows were fed a single diet and milk sampled on the same day to avoid confounding effects of diet and season, The modeling linear equation was conducted to inves-tigate the effect of DIM on the c9, t11 CLA content of milk. There was no significant effect of DIM on c9, t11 CLA content of milk (P〉 0.05 ).In the modeling linear equation between DIM and the c9, t11 CLA content of milk of the 235 lactating Holstein dairy cows, the values of R2 all was found less than 0.05. The results suggested that DIM had minimal or no effect on c9, tll CLA content of milk (R2=0.0291). Therefore, when designing to increase c9, t11 CLA content of milk, differences in the parameter do not need to be considered.
