摘要
介绍了用高纯锗γ谱仪分析1995年低水平环境样品中人工放射性核素和天然放射性核素全国比对试验时所建立的方法。描述了谱仪刻度、有关γ符合相加和样品自吸收校正的考虑、一些核素特征峰面积的计算方法和注意事项以及误差分析与估算等。提出了充分利用谱数据计算核素以减少误差的方法。误差修正原则亦适用于分析其它低水平的环境γ活度样品。
This paper presents a γ-spectrum method which has been set up in our Lab for determining natural and artificial radionuclides in environmental samples with germanium detector-spectrometer system. The main points as following: the calibration of efficient curve; the consideration of coincidence summing correction related to cascade γ radiation; self absorption correction of γ-ray in sample; calculation method used in determining net areas of peaks for some nuclides identified in spectrum as well as error analysis and estimation. This method can efficiently utilize spectrum data to reduce error. The principle of error correction is also applied to measure lower level γ activity environmental samples.
