Processing rheological behaviour of POE in ultrasonic extrusion

摘要 利用超声挤出加工一体化设备挤出加工聚烯烃弹性体(POE),研究了超声功率、口模长径比、口模温度对POE加工流变行为及性能的影响。研究发现,在相同的挤出速率下,口模温度升高40℃,表观黏度(η_a)降低60%;减小口模长径比,η_a降低12%。施加超声作用后,在保留POE优异性能的基础上能明显降低POE挤出口模压力,挤出机转速越低,POE熔体挤出口模压力降低越明显,施加200W超声时,口模压力最大可降低47%,η_a降低44%,从而可实现在相同的挤出口模压力下提高挤出产量。 The authors extruded and processed polyolefin elastomer (POE) with an ultrasonic oscillation extrusion system, aiming at studying the impacts of ultrasonic oscillation power, die length-diameter ratio and die temperature on processing rheological behavior and properties of POE. The results reveal that the apparent viscosity of POE decreases by 60% as the die temperature rises by 40 ℃ and the value decreases by 12% as the die length-diameter ratio reduces at the identical extrusion rate. The die pressure of extruding POE can be lowered obviously on the basis of preserving the excellent properties of POE due to the function of ultrasonic oscillation in the extrusion process. In the case of imposing ultrasonic oscillation of 200 W, the maximum drop in die pressure can attain 47% and the reduction in apparent viscosity can reach 44%, thereby being able to fulfill the purpose of raising the extrusion output under the unchanged die pressure.
