摘要
目的:探讨手术医生满意度评价对提高手术室护士业务水平的影响。方法:发放手术医生满意度调查表,观察指标包括业务及器械准备、体位安置、理论知识、语言沟通和手术配合等,然后根据调查结果分析每位护士业务水平,并进行有针对性的加强学习,3个月后再次调查手术医生满意度。结果:首次发放500份调查表,回收489份(97.8%),总满意率82.8%;3个月后再次发放500份,收回495份(99.0%),总满意率95.5%。手术医生对护士在业务及器械准备、体位安置、理论知识、语言沟通和手术配合等的满意率均有提高,两次调查比较,P<0.01。结论:手术医生对手术护士满意度调查评价有助于在短期内迅速提高手术护士的业务水平。
Objective：To study the effect of surgeon＇s satisfaction evaluation of nursing matching on improvement of quality of care. Methods：The surgeons＇ satisfaction evaluation questionnaire on the nurses＇ work ,which consisted of the nurses＇ preoperational preparation ,placement of body position, knowledge about the operation and the communication ability with doctors,was completed after every operation by doctors. Through the questionnaires,the insufficiency of nurses＇ professional level was obtained and the training to the insufficiencies was performed.3 months after the training, questionnaire investigation was arranged again. Results：The retrieved questionnaires were 489（97.8%） and 495（99.0%） respectively.the total satisfaction rate of surgeon to nursing quality significanfly increased from 82.8% to 95.5%. The levels of nurses＇ preoperational preparation, placement of body position, knowledge about the operation and the communication ability with doctors were obviously improved. Conclusion：The questionnaires of surgeons＇ satisfaction on the nurses＇ work are helpful to raise the nurses＇ professional level within a short period.
