摘要
目的探讨标准沟通模式(现状—背景—评估—建议)在急诊科护患沟通中的应用效果和价值。方法选取我院急诊科2012年6月—2013年5月就诊的947例急诊患者或家属作为对照组,按照传统方式进行护患沟通;选取2013年10月—2014年9月在急诊科就诊的947例作为观察组,采用自行设计的标准沟通模式进行护患沟通。比较两组沟通效果的差异。结果采用标准沟通模式后,观察组与对照组在因沟通不良导致的不良事件发生率、患者满意度、医生满意度和护士自我效能的评价比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理中实施标准沟通模式,能有效获取病史资料,对改善护患沟通不良,提高医疗护理质量,提升患者满意度增加护士职业效能,建立和谐护患、医护关系具有积极的意义。
Objective To study the effect and value of situation-background-assessment- recommendation communication mode in nurse-patient communication of emergency department. Methods A self-designed situation-background-assessment- recommendation communication mode was implemented for 947 patients or families involved as experiment group in nurse-patient communication from October 2013 to September 2014 and routine communication mode for another 947 patients or families involved as control group from June 2012 to May 2013. Results Statistical differences between experiment group and control group existed in terms of medical dispute, patients' and doctors' satisfaction and nurses' self-efficacy (P〈0.05). Conclusion Standard communication mode in emergency department is effective for obtaining medical history information effectively to improve nurses and patients communication, nursing quality, patients' satisfaction and occupational commitment for nurse and to establish a harmonious relationship among doctors, nurses and patients.
