摘要
本文采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法，检测了被动吸烟对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响。结果显示，在血凝滴度１∶８时，实验组小鼠的血凝阳性率为２６．７％，对照组小鼠的血凝阳性率为８６．７％。二者相比，阳性率有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示，被动吸烟可使红细胞免疫粘附功能受到抑制。
In the present,the effect of passive smoking on red cell immune adherence (RCIA) of mice was analysed by red cell agglutination test of complement sensitized yeast.The rusult showed that the positive rates of YHA were significant different between experimental group (26 7%)and the control experimental group (86 7%) ( P <0 05) when red cell agglutinating titer was 1∶8.The observation showed the RCIA of mice could be decreased by passive smoking.
