概述了电子气体的种类、纯度以及其应用状况,综述了电子气体中几种常见杂质不同的分析方法以及特殊气体的不同处理方法,指出了电子气体分析方法的重要意义及发展前景。
In this paper, we research the kinds, purity and application of the electronic gases , And we summarize different analytical method of usual impurities in electronic gas and special gas. At last, we point out the important meaning and the development future of analytical method in electronic gas.
