摘要
近几十年来我国成功的从国外引进多种金合欢树种,并在广东?海南?福建?广西等地推广种植。总结这些树种的引种地和原产地,并从微型繁殖?器官发生?体细胞胚胎发生3个方面总结了近年来在我国引种成功的金合欢树种离体繁殖的研究进展,这将对我国金合欢树种的进一步研究及其推广种植具有重要意义。
Various species of Acacia were introduced successfully from abroad in China in Recent Ten Years, it was also generalized in some places such as, Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Guangxi etc. The area of introduction and origin of these trees were summarized, and the advance of study on propagation in vitro of Acacia species which it was introduced successfully in china in recent years was summarized from three aspects such as, micro - propagation, organogenesis, somatic cell embryogenesis. It would have significant meaning to further study and popularization of Acacia species in China.
