摘要 用珍奇多肉植物万象的花葶作为外植体,获得再生植株,并从愈伤组织形成、芽诱导、芽增殖,到诱导生根培养,建立起完整的微型快速繁殖体系。结果表明:以花葶为外植体可以获得再生植株;使用MS+KT2+NAA0.2+Ad5可诱导愈伤组织和芽,MS+KT1+NAA0.1+NaH2PO440比较适合不定芽发生和增殖。生根培养时以培养基1/2MS+NAA0.2组合较好。 The organogenesis and plant regeneration of Haworthia cymbiformis was studied by using the scape as initial explants. The calli,buds and roots were induced respectively on the various media, and established the clonging system. The results showed that regeneration plant can be gotten by using the scape as initial explants;The calli were induced by using the MS-k-KT2+NAA0. 2A-Ad5;The indeterminate buds and its propagation were induced by using the MS+ KTIA-NAA0.1+NaH2PO4 40;The roots were better induced by using the 1/2 MS+NAA0. 2.
