摘要
目的了解医学生自测健康状况及其影响因素,为改善其健康状况提供参考依据。方法采用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS1.0)对在校医学生进行调查,并对其性别、年级、专业、学习时间、上网时间、体重指数等影响因素进行分析。结果医学生SRHMS量表总分为(339.28±41.19);生理健康子量表总分男生为(144.90±11.41),女生为(142.73±11.36),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。年级、专业、每天上网时间不同的学生,其生理健康子量表总分、心理健康子量表总分、社会健康子量表总分以及自测健康评定量表总分差异均有统计学意义。每天学习总时间不同等级的学生在生理健康子量表总分差异有统计学意义(P=0.012),每月生活费不同等级的学生社会健康子量表总分差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。不同BMI的学生在生理健康子量表总分和自测健康评定量表总分差异有统计学意义。多元逐步回归分析显示,医学生SRHMS量表总分与每天学习总时间、每天上网时间和BMI具有高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论性别、学习负担、每天上网时间和BMI等是对医学生的身心健康产生影响的重要因素。
Objective To study the self-rated health status among medical students and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for improving their health. Methods 878 medicos were investigated by SRHMS 1.0 and analyzed the related influencing factors including sex, grade, specialty, daily study time, daily online time and BMI. Results The total score of SRHMS was （ 339.28 ± 41.19 ）. The score of male students＇ physical health subscale was （ 144.90 ± 11.41 ）, female students＇ was （ 142.73 ± 11.36, P =0. 001 ）. There Were statistical significant differences among the medicos with different grades, specialties and daily online time. The daily study time significantly affected on score of physical bealth subscale （ P =0. 012） , and cost of living per month significantly affected on score of social health subseale （ P = 0.001 ）. The significant differences were found in scores of physical health subscale and SRHMS among the different level of BMI. Multivariate stepwise regression indicated that daily study time, daily online time and BMI were significantly independent determinants for score of SRHMS （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The influencing factors to medicos＇mental health are sex, study burden, daily online time and BMI.
