摘要
通过综述国内外有关城市土地利用可持续评价方法的研究文献,了解国内研究现状,评价各种方法优劣,并找出存在问题。国外研究方法能够结合城市特色,建立独有的指标评价体系,多采用综合评价法进行研究,注重社会、环境方面的指标。虽然国内外城市发展情况不同,但研究方法可以借鉴,我国城市土地利用可持续评价方法应该向定量化、多元化、本土化、智能化方向发展。
The purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review on assessment methods of urban land use and understand the domestic research. Evaluate the pros and cons of various methods and identify problems in order to guide the future development direction. While diversity means on assessment methods of urban land use in foreign literature that can be combined with urban characteristics, and establish a unique index evaluation system, which is more comprehensive and relational, focusing on social and environmental indicators. It is concluded that ways on assessment methods of urban land use in China should strengthen quantitative, localization, integrated research.
