摘要
利用UG软件对采煤机进行三维实体造型,通过Parasolid格式,将机械结构的物理模型导入到ADAMS软件中,建立了采煤机系统的虚拟样机。并对其进行物理运动仿真和受力分析,验证了样机建模的合理性,也为两软件的有机结合提供了一定的经验参考。
A 3 D model of shearer was set up by UG. Then import the physical model of that mechanical structure into ADAMS to build a virtual prototype of shearer. The physical motion simulation and mechanical analysial of shearer are carried out. Validate the rationality of the prototype module building process. Provide some experience for integrate ADAMS and UG software.
