摘要
采用紫外线制备无菌海水对菲律宾蛤仔进行净化处理,以细菌总数和大肠菌群为指标,探讨影响菲律宾蛤仔净化效果的几个关键因素。结果表明,在20℃条件下,菲律宾蛤仔净化的最佳工艺条件为:贝水比1∶15、海水流量1.5×10-5m3/s、净化处理时间为16h,细菌总数和大肠菌群指标符合海水贝类卫生标准(GB2744-1996)。
Taking total count of bacteria colonies and coli forms level as parameter index,several key factors influencing the aseptic seawater depuration of Ruditapes philippinarum were studiedThe result suggested that the optimal depuration condition at 20℃ were: the ratio of shellfish to seawater was 1∶15,seawater current capacity was 15×10^-5m^3/s and the depuration time was 16h After depuration,the total count of bacteria colonies and coli forms level accords with Hygiene standards of marine shellfishes(GB2744-1996).
