行为财务理论框架下的公司投资行为研究综述被引量：5

摘要对于公司创造价值而言,投资决策是最重要的财务管理活动。与传统的财务理论不同,行为财务理论突破了"理性经济人"假设,将心理学成果用于公司投资行为的研究中,拓展了该领域的研究视角。本文将行为财务理论框架下的公司投资行为研究归结为两条主线和三个组合,对国内外的相关理论和实证研究文献进行了系统梳理,归纳了其研究结论、研究意义,并指出了其研究局限性及今后的研究方向。
