金属离子在蚕丝蛋白构象转变中的作用机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 蚕丝的优异力学性能及其在纺织、生物技术、医疗、精细化工及军用材料等方面的应用一直是科学们关注的课题,许多年来科学工作者不断探索蚕的吐丝机理、丝素蛋白的结构和性能的关系,以及如何合成性能兼具天然丝和合成高分子性质的新型材料。近年来在蚕丝蛋白结构及其构象方面的研究取得了一定的进展,本文讨论了几种金属离子在蚕腺体中和液态丝素中含量变化及其在丝蛋白构象转变中的作用。介绍了金属离子在丝素蛋白构象转变研究中的最新研究进展,并提出设想展望。 The silkworm spins out such an excellent silk fiber as textile,bio-technology, medicalcure, military using material. Scientists have paid great interests in it and have received many progress in spinning mechanism, relation of structure and property characteristics, and how synthesizing the new material. Recently, the research of conformation transition of silk fibroin have getting the great progress. Metal ions have main effect on the Conformation transition of silk fibroin. The topic mainly discussed the charge of metal ions at fibroin and body of silkworm gland and the function on the conformation transition and described the metal ions newly the research advances in the conformation on transition of silk fibroin.
