摘要
采用电沉积法在表面活性剂和电解液的液-液界面制备CdS纳米薄膜,硫化镉纳米膜是由50—60nm的球形颗粒构成。透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射对纳米膜进行分析表明,制备的硫化镉纳米膜是由六方和立方混合相的CdS和六方相金属Cd组成,Cd与CdS的摩尔比近似1:3。由于表面效应导致纳米晶粒的晶格常数增大,晶格发生膨胀。
CdS nanofilm were prepared at the interface of surface active agents and electrolyte by electrodeposition and analyzed by SEM, XPS and X - ray diffraction. Microstructure analysis shows that the films are made up of CdS being hexagonal phase and cubic phase and Cd being hexagonal phase. The results of XPS show that the nanofilm consist of Cd and CdS and their mole ratio is about 1 : 3. Lattice constant of the nanofilm was increased and lattice was expanded due to surface effect. CdS nanofilm was totally composed by globose particles with mean diameter of 50 - 60nm.
