摘要
本文用薄层扫描法测定了７种腹水草属药用植物中熊果甙的含量，并对提取及定量方法进行了考察。
This paper deals with the quantitative determination of arbutin in 7 species of Veronicaastrum plants by thin layer chromatography scanning method,using silica gel as the coating material and a mixture of chloroform methanol water(7∶3∶0.4) as the developing solvent,with UV260nm as the sample wavelength and 330nm as the reference wavelength.
