摘要
目的:通过预试验,初步探索四方麻的化学成分。方法:采用试管法,对四方麻的石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断四方麻中可能含有的化学成分。结果:通过预试验,提示四方麻中可能含有黄酮类、酚类有机酸、糖类、香豆素类等化学成分。结论:四方麻的化学成分试验为四方麻的生物活性成分的研究提供了实验基础。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Veronicastrum caulopterum（Hance）Yamazaki by priliminary test. Methods：The extracted mixture of Veronicastrum caulopterum （Hance）Yamazaki from petroleum ether,purified water and 95% ethanol were studied by test tube method. The chemical constituents of Veronicastrum eaulopterum（Hanee）Ya- mazaki was primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicator. Results：The priliminary test indicated that Veronicastrum caulopterum（Hance）Yamazaki may contain chemical constituents such as flavonoid, phenols organic acid, glucide, coumarin. Conclusion：The results of priliminary test provide evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Veronieastrum caulopterum（Hance）Yamazaki.
