摘要
采用丙酮粉抽提,DEAE-SephadexA-50、SephacrylS-300、MonoQ柱层析,从银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)花粉中分高纯化出微管蛋白(tubulin),其两个亚基(α、β)的分子量分别为54kD和52kD.纯化的微管蛋白可与鸡脑微管蛋白抗体发生免疫交叉反应.
